UK Registered Office
£195 + VAT per year
Need a UK address for your company?
For eligible international clients, we can provide our Newcastle upon Tyne address as your registered office and receive official Companies House and HMRC correspondence on your behalf.
Companies House Identity Verification
£75 per person
Friendly Assist Accountancy is a registered Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider.
For eligible international directors and business owners, identity verification can normally be completed remotely, subject to satisfactory identification and verification checks.
UK VAT Registration
From £295 + VAT
An overseas business can have UK VAT obligations even without forming a UK company.
We can review your circumstances and, where appropriate, prepare and submit your UK VAT registration to HMRC.
More complicated international VAT arrangements will be quoted separately.
Ongoing UK Company Accounting
From £125 + VAT per month
Already have a UK company or want us to continue looking after the one we establish for you?
We can become your UK accounting contact and take care of annual accounts, Corporation Tax, Companies House filings and routine UK compliance.
Bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and additional international tax work can be added where required.
